PartnerCore — Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
PartnerCore is a Discord bot by PopCape Interactive Studios that helps Discord servers find, request, manage, and track partnerships with each other. By adding PartnerCore to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.
What PartnerCore does
- Lets server staff create a public partnership profile and list it in a shared directory other servers can browse.
- Delivers partnership requests between servers; ads are only ever posted after both servers explicitly agree.
- Tracks the partner ads it posts (Partner Protection) and notifies both servers when one is deleted or an invite breaks.
Rules of use
- No abuse of the network: no spam requests, scams, phishing, NSFW content in profiles or ads, fake member counts, or harassment of other servers.
- Only users authorized by their server (Manage Server permission or the configured manager role) should manage partnerships.
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
Enforcement
Servers reported for abuse are reviewed by the PartnerCore team. We may suspend or blacklist servers from the partnership network at our discretion. Suspended servers are hidden from the directory and cannot send or receive requests. Suspensions can be appealed through the support server.
Liability
PartnerCore is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the content, behavior, or membership of servers you partner with — review partners before accepting. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. During beta, expect occasional downtime and changes.
