PartnerCore — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
PartnerCore stores the minimum data needed to run a server-partnership network.
What we store
Server data (created by your staff):
- Server ID, name, owner ID, member count, and icon URL (display caches)
- Settings: chosen channel IDs, role ID, approval mode, visibility
- Your partnership profile (description, category, tags, invite link, requirements) and ad templates — this content is intentionally public to other servers in the directory
- Moderation state (blocks you create, suspension status)
Activity records:
- Partnership requests (which servers, who sent them, message, outcome)
- Partnerships and the message IDs of partner ads the bot posts (used to detect deleted ads)
- Invite health-check history
- Reports you file (reporter server/user, reported server, reason, details)
User data: only Discord user IDs of staff who take actions (created a profile, sent/accepted a request, filed a report) — for audit purposes.
What we do NOT store
- Message content. PartnerCore never reads or stores your server's messages — it only tracks the IDs of the partner-ad messages it posted itself, and reacts to their deletion events.
- Email addresses, payment data (there are no paid features in beta), or any data from users who never interact with the bot.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database operated by PopCape Interactive Studios. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
DMs
PartnerCore only DMs a user in direct response to an action they took (e.g. an update on a report they filed). No unsolicited DMs.
Removal
- Kicking the bot marks your server inactive; it stops appearing anywhere immediately.
- For full deletion of your server's stored data, ask in the support server — we'll purge it. Partnership records that also belong to the other server in a partnership (e.g. that a partnership existed) may be retained on their side.
