ProjectCore — Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
ProjectCore is a Discord bot by PopCape Interactive Studios that brings studio-style operations to Discord communities: support tickets, bug reports, suggestions with voting, roadmaps, patch notes, applications, status pages, and related tools. By adding ProjectCore to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.
What ProjectCore does
- Provides per-server community-operations modules that server admins enable, disable, and configure for their own community.
- Stores the content submitted through those modules (tickets, bug reports, suggestions, applications) so staff can manage it.
- Acts only within servers it has been invited to, using the permissions those servers grant.
Rules of use
- Use the bot only for lawful community management. No abuse, harassment campaigns, or content that violates Discord's rules.
- Server admins are responsible for how their community uses the modules and for the content their members submit through them.
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
Enforcement
We may restrict or remove ProjectCore from servers that abuse it, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to violate Discord's rules.
Liability
ProjectCore is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for content submitted by server members or decisions made by server staff using the bot. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
